Dawn's Policy
At this time, for custom and pre-made baskets, you must contact Dawn’s directly to have a basket shipped to you. Due to the delicate nature of most gifts, large baskets can not be shipped at this time. Smaller and standard sized baskets can be shipped, but shipping rates are based on weight and will be discussed with you during the ordering process. Dawn’s is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Double check your shipping address for accuracy before and after you place an order.
Pre-made baskets are made up to 10 days before the expected holiday and will be ready for sale once posted/listed. Custom baskets can take between 4 to 14 days to complete. Rush orders can be placed but a rush fee must be paid in advance. Due to COVID-19 all sales are final.
Most self defense items are ready to ship the next business day after ordering. Dawn’s ships through USPS. Please note that USPS shipping days may vary but most packages are delivered between 3-7 business days. Dawn’s is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Double check your shipping address for accuracy before and after you place an order.
For self defense items, you have 48 hours to report defective or incorrect merchandise. Please email Dawn’s with any concerns and video/photo evidence within the 48 hour window. Due to COVID-19 all sales are final.
